Terms and Conditions

1. This competition closes on Sunday 25 September 2011.
2. All entries must be submitted via email by 11.59pm UK time on the closing date.
Entries must include name, address, email address and telephone number.
3. The winners will be contacted by Artificial Eye via email by 7pm on Monday 26 September. Winners must reply
to this notification by 4pm on Tuesday 27 September.
4. Tickets need to be collected in person from the Artificial Eye head office between 10am on Tuesday 27 September
and 4pm on Wednesday 28 September. Proof of ID and a copy of the notification email will be required.
5. The prize contains a pair of tickets to the UK premiere of Melancholia on Wednesday 28 September 2011 at
Curzon Mayfair cinema in London.
6. The winners are responsible for organising their accommodation and transportation.
7. All entrants must be over 15 years old at the time of entry and be resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is
at the sole discretion of Artificial Eye.
8. Employees, families or agents of Curzon Artificial Eye and/or any of its associated companies are not eligible to
enter the competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.
9. Winners may not request and are not entitled to a cash alternative to their prize and their prize is not refundable or transferable.
10. The dress code to the premiere is smart evening wear. Rights of admission reserved.
11. Artificial Eye reserves the right to reproduce any entries in any publicity materials.
